For all question related to our products can be asked via our portal.
Also in case of any bugs in our product you can use our portal.
Thank you for your email. We are happy to let you know that we always want to make support requests as easy as possible for customers. Therefore, you will be re-directed to an external portal hosted by HMS Industrial Networks.
We started using the portal to handle all our support requests as of October 2022.
The portal offers the creation of an optional account. Should you have account, you can use the portal to:
- Find answers using our database, FAQs, or filing in a form
- Follow the status of your request
- Place new requests without repeating company details
All existing and ongoing request will be handled via our current system. All new requests will be re-directed to the new portal. If you have any questions about the system, please contact support@procentec.com.
