One Day Network Support + Standard PROFIBUS or PROFINET Monitoring Kit
- This will consist of one day network support (no travel charges within a 100 km radius from our office in Delft) + a 24/7 diagnostic tool of choice (Atlas for PROFINET – ComBricks for PROFIBUS).
- We can install the diagnostic tool during the on-site visit. Atlas 101-800110, ComBricks Standard Monitoring Kit (101-200QBS).
Online Support Package
- Includes a maximum of 24 hours online support.
- We can only provide online support for customers who are in possession of a PROCENTEC diagnostic tool (ProfiTrace, ComBricks, Atlas, Mercury and/or Osiris Software),
- This package only applies during workdays/office hours and is based on availability.
On-site support for 1 year
- Includes a maximum of twelve (12) days’ worth of call outs for one year.
- This package will only apply in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and the UK.
- No call out fees and over hours will apply.
- Only expenses will be charged 1-on-1 (if applicable).
On-site visits will be based on availability.
